We're looking for an experienced and passionate Pool Service Technician to join our growing mobile servicing team and help support the next chapter of our journey.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves the pool industry, enjoys helping people solve problems, takes pride in their work, and is excited about helping shape the future of a growing Western Australian business.

Based across our Balcatta, Joondalup and new Clarkson locations, you'll service residential pools throughout Perth, complete water testing and chemical balancing, install and repair equipment, and provide customers with expert advice and great service.

What you'll do

• Service and maintain residential pools

• Test and balance pool water

• Install, repair and troubleshoot pool equipment

• Deliver great customer service and practical advice

• Recommend products and service solutions based on customer needs

• Complete digital job cards and manage vehicle stock

What you need

• Technical, trade or pool industry experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your day

• Manual WA Driver's Licence

• White Card and Police Clearance, or ability to obtain

Highly regarded: pool servicing experience, water chemistry knowledge, and trade or field service experience.
